We partner with trusted carriers, either USPS or UPS, to ensure your order arrives safely and efficiently. The carrier used for your specific order may vary depending on factors such as package size, weight, and destination.
3. Shipping Rates – Simple Flat Rate Pricing
We offer a straightforward flat-rate shipping structure to make calculating your shipping costs easy:
- First Item: A flat rate of $3.99 applies to the first item in your order.
- Additional Items: For each additional item in the same order, a discounted rate of only $2.00 per item is added.
This means you save on shipping when you purchase multiple treasures in a single order!
4. Free Shipping
As a thank you for your support, we offer FREE standard shipping on all orders totaling $60.00 or more before tax.
5. Processing Time
Once you place your order, our team will carefully pick, pack, and prepare your hidden treasures for shipment. Our standard processing time is typically up to 3 business days. Please note that business days do not include weekends or major holidays.
6. Shipping Time
After your order has been processed and picked up by the carrier, the estimated shipping time is typically up to 6 business days for delivery.
7. Total Delivery Time
Please note that the total delivery time is the sum of the processing time and the shipping time. While we provide these estimates, we always strive to get your order to you much faster! These timeframes represent the maximum expected duration under normal circumstances.
8. Special Circumstances
In rare cases, unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather, carrier delays, or high order volume may impact processing and shipping times. If we anticipate a significant delay in shipping your order, we will do our best to notify you promptly.
9. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your delivery directly through the carrier’s website (either USPS or UPS).
10. Shipping Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly during checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you may be responsible for reshipment costs.
