Refunds and Returns Policy

At NettysNovelties, we specialize in sourcing and offering unique, resourced hidden treasures. Due to the distinct nature of our inventory, which consists of second-hand and often vintage items, all products are sold “as is”.

1. All Sales Are Final

Given that our items are sold “as is,” we generally do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. We encourage you to carefully review the product descriptions, photographs, and condition details provided for each item before making a purchase.

2. Exceptions Required by State Law

This policy does not override any return or refund rights that you may have under applicable state or federal law. If a return or refund is required by the laws of the State of Utah or federal law, we will, of course, comply with those legal requirements.

3. Commitment to Customer Satisfaction – Case by Case Review

Your satisfaction is important to us, even with our “as is” model. We make every effort to accurately describe and photograph each item to give you a clear understanding of its condition and unique characteristics.

In the rare instance that an item you receive is in a significantly different condition than what was clearly shown and promised in the product listing (e.g., a major defect not pictured or described), please contact us directly at support@nettysnovelties.com within 2-5 days of receiving your order.

We will review such situations on a case-by-case basis. While a general right to return for change of mind or minor imperfections consistent with the “as is” nature is not offered, we are committed to working with you to find a fair resolution if there is a demonstrable discrepancy between the item received and its representation on our Site. Any resolution will be at our sole discretion and handled on an individual basis.

4. Condition of Returned Items (If Applicable)

If a return is agreed upon as part of a case-by-case resolution or is required by law, the item must be returned in the same condition in which it was received, with all original packaging (if any) and tags intact.

5. Return Shipping (If Applicable)

If a return is required by law or agreed upon as a case-by-case resolution, instructions for return shipping will be provided.
